Corporate Relations Manager
Road to Hire (R2H) is hiring a Corporate Relations Manager who will lean in as an account manager for R2H’s corporate partner companies. The Corporate Relations Manager should be motivated by the opportunity to develop and create opportunities for under-served youth and young adults in our community. A successful candidate for this role will be a self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills who is excited to roll up their sleeves and engage in every element of our programs.
Program Manager
The Program Manager for Road to Hire will support the growing College Program. They should be motivated by the opportunity to develop staff and design programming that creates opportunities for historically marginalized youth to transition successfully to college and ultimately pursue high-earning careers in STEM and business. The Program Manager will adeptly manage and prioritize projects, work closely with their peers, and manage a team of Student Career Coaches. This person will design, build and facilitate programming focused on the transition from high school to college and successful student persistence and retention.
Senior Development Associate
Road to Hire is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Development Associate to play a vital role in ensuring the sustainability of our programs through effective fundraising and donor relations. We are looking for candidates who possess a growth mindset, demonstrate accountability, and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. This role will serve as a key member of our development team and will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities as they continue to excel.
Senior Student Career Coach
The Sr. Student Career Coach (SCC) for Road to Hire will support the growing College Program. The primary focus of the Sr. SCC is to support Road to Hire (R2H) seniors as they graduate college and prepare to enter the workforce. The Sr. SCC should be motivated by the opportunity to support programming that prepares historically marginalized youth to pursue high-earning careers in STEM and business. The Sr. SCC will adeptly manage and prioritize projects, work closely with their peers, and manage a small caseload of students. This person will facilitate programming focused on developing college talent for high-earning STEM and Business careers. This role may also include managing 1-2 SCCs.
Student Career Coach
Road to Hire is hiring a Student Career Coach to support the growing R2H College program. The primary focus of the Student Career Coach (SCC) is to effectively serve a caseload of current college students with coaching focused on academic persistence and career attainment. The SCC coaches students to actively develop foundational skillsets, amplify what’s learned in college, and facilitate reflection on growth through experiences. Along the way, the SCC will help students access on-campus and other resources, prepare for internships, graduate from college, and secure employment on the way to high-paying careers.
