R2H COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMS

Road to Hire supports historically underrepresented students pursuing post-secondary education through its R2H College program and Golden Door Scholars program. 

Alongside university partnerships, these programs ensure college students have the necessary individual financial and social capital support to succeed in college and beyond.

Wrap-around, individualized support from a dedicated Student Career Coach

Financial assistance towards tuition, fees, room and board for up to 4 years.

Professional development, career readiness programming, Internship and job support

Exposure to careers in STEM and Business at top Charlotte companies

A robust community of R2H peers and alumni

R2H College Scholars

R2H's College Scholars program supports students in the Charlotte area who are looking to pursue higher education as their route to high-earning career opportunities. 

Students are eligible for the R2H College program by being part of R2H’s High School program and having met the requirements.

Golden Door Scholars

Golden Door Scholars (GDS) supports undocumented and DACA or TPS holders across the U.S. in their journeys through higher education and high-earning career opportunities. To learn more about GDS and its partner schools, visit the GDS website.
