Partnering With Road to Hire

Road to Hire partners play a key role in the success of underrepresented students’ careers, both during and after their time with R2H.

Corporations partner with R2H by mentoring students and hiring college interns, college graduates and apprenticeship alumni.

Where it Began

As Road to Hire’s (R2H) inaugural corporate partner, Red Ventures and its CEO, Ric Elias, have been heavily invested in student success since 2013. The R2H mentorship program is supported by 200+ Red Ventures volunteers based out of RV’s South Charlotte headquarters and across the country.

Now, Road to Hire proudly works with dozens of corporate partners and community organizations to make more equitable cities and extend hope to students and young adults who are eager to invest in themselves.
